Check the “Search for the best driver for your device“ box, and then
click [NEXT].

When the next dialogue appears, check the Specify a location box,
and then click [BROWSE...].

Browse the CD-ROM and navigate to
“Drivers\Pw4100\Win98\ D\Pcl\Drv\usb“. Then click [OK].
