5. Remote units
The Remote units are external boxes called Specters. Each remote computer has a
Specter connected to it. There are a number of Specter types as follows:
• For PS/2 interface computers – Specter II PS/2
• For SUN computers – Specter II SUN
• For RS232 controllable devices – Specter II RS232
• For computers with USB interfaces– Specter II USB
