Adjusting the duration or deactivating
the function
1. Switch on the ignition, see page 46.
2. Press the button in the turn indicator lever
repeatedly until "SET/INFO" appears.
3. Keep the button pressed until the display
changes.
4. Press the button repeatedly until the symbol
and "SET" appear.
5. Keep the button pressed until the display
changes.
6. Press the button repeatedly until the indi-
cated symbol appears.
7. Keep the button pressed until the display
changes.
8. Press button to select:

The function is deactivated.
> …
Select the corresponding duration, e.g.
40 seconds.
9. Press the button for longer.
The setting is stored.
Daytime driving lights*
The daytime driving lights come on when the
light switch is in position 3 and the ignition is
switched on.
The car's exterior lights are automatically
switched off after the car is parked.
Switch on the side lights separately, if necessary.
Activating/deactivating daytime driving
lights
The setting is stored for the remote control in
use, see Personal Profile, page 20.
