Storing an entry
An entry always consists of a name and phone
number.
Dialing the phone number of an entry
Reading the entries
You can have all the entries of your voice phone
book read aloud in the order of input and select
a specific entry to establish a connection:
Redialing
To redial the phone number last dialed:
Deleting an entry from the voice phone
book
You can delete any entry from the voice phone
book:
Deleting all entries from the voice phone
book
1. {Store name}.
The dialog for storing a name is opened.
2. Say the name.
The spoken length of names in the
phone book must not exceed approx.
2seconds.
3. Say the phone number after being
prompted to do so by the system.
4. To store the phone number: {Store
number}.
1. {Dial name}.
The dialog for selecting an entry is
opened.
2. Say the name after being prompted to
do so by the system.
3. Confirm query with {Yes}.
1. {Read phone book}.
The dialog for having the phone book
read aloud is opened.
2. {Dial number} after the desired entry is
read.
{Redial}.
1. {Delete name}.
The dialog for deleting an entry is
opened.
2. Say the name after being prompted to
do so by the system.
3. Confirm query with {Yes}.
1. {Delete phone book}.
The dialog for deleting the phone book
is opened.
2. Confirm query with {Yes}.
3. Confirm repeat query with {Yes}.
