fliers for both F3C and sport
applications. The 15%
increase in capacity offers
a big increase over the .91
class engines yet still fits
in mounts designed for
that class. Modification to the
cooling shroud is also unlikely.
The distinctive 'blue anodised'
cylinder head distinguishes
the 105HZ engines from
the 91HZ series yet
retains the HZ series styling overall.
The ultimate O.S. 3D helicopter
engine! Based on the standard
105HZ but with the addition
of the O.S. ‘DRS’ regulated
fuel system from a pressurised
fuel tank, this engine delivers
serious power in any attitude
and under any load demanded
by a ‘90’ size 3D heli. Porting
has been designed for
high torque rather than
ultimate horsepower.
Use the matching Powerboost 105 pipe it will release even
more power without heat build-up. Using 10% nitro fuel, it will
deliver the same power as the 91HZ-R 3D does on 30%!!
O.S. MAX 105HZ-R W/Powerboost Pipe
The new Ripmax Hi-Flow Filler Valve has been
developed to meet the needs of those pilots
flying large models powered by glow, petrol or jet
engines, and enables safe and fast filling of even
the largest fuel tanks. Of self sealing design, the
Filler Valve is supplied complete with filling probe,
which is used whilst filling or emptying the tank,
this can be used with various types of tubing as
dictated by the fuel in use. For a high flow rate,
the Filler Valve’s bore is a generous 3.0mm
diameter.
As the materials
used in the Filler
Valve are resistant
to almost any
model fuel, the
valve can
even be
used with
smoke oil.

with the latest Powerboost 105 pipe. The pipe has been
purpose designed to suit the 105HZ-R and will provide high
power and torque across the RPM range without heat build
up caused by restriction of gas flow.
