 Open the back cover of the device, and
locate the reset button. Turn on your
device, wait 1 minute, press and hold
the reset button for 10 seconds or until
the back indicator lights turn off.
CAN’T FIND DEVICE’S WIFI SIGNAL
 Please unplug the device, wait 30
seconds, plug your camera back in and
try again.
 Try resetting the device.
THE APP CANNOT FIND THE CAMERA AFTER
CHOOSING “SEARCH/LAN”
 Ensure you are still connected to the
device’s Wi-Fi signal by going to your
phone’s Wi-Fi settings.
 Please unplug the device, wait 30
seconds, plug your camera back in and
try again.
