TROUBLESHOOTING
THE DEVICE WON’T TURN ON
 Make sure the device is charged.
 Make sure the MicroUSB cable is
plugged all the way in to the device (the
“Power Light” should light up when it is
successfully connected).
 Make sure you have pressed and held
the On/Off button for at least 5
seconds.
CANNOT RECORD TO SD CARD
 Confirm you have inserted a MicroSD
Card into the unit. See page 4 to locate
the MicroSD card slot.
HOW TO FACTORY RESET THE DEVICE
 A factory reset will restore all settings to
their original factory settings.
