This screen contains useful troubleshooting information that may be requested by Technical Support
personnel. It contains the following information:
• SSID
• Security Type
• IP Address
• Subnet Mask
• Gateway IP Address
• DNS Address
• TFTP Server (IP Address)
• SIP Server (IP Address)
• MAC Address
• Control Port
5.4 Locator App
The Locator app can be used to check the current zone in which a selected entity is located, or to see all
entities in a selected zone. If activated, the app can be accessed in Menu > Server Apps > Locator .
Note: This feature is only available if operating the phone with the MST ImPact Communications
Appliance (ICA) version 1.4 or greater.
