9.5 Understanding the Resp Display

9.5.1 Resp Digital Area

The Resp digital area displays:

1. Parameter name

2. Measurement unit

3. Respiration rate (RR) value

4. Alarm high limit and low limit.When RR alarm is switched off, the activation state

off icon instead of alarm limits is displayed.

■ The Resp area displays respiration rate in the unit of rpm with a resolution of 1

rpm.

■ If the Resp measurement is invalid, “- - -” displays in place of the RR value.
