Dielectric Withstand
Central Monitoring System does withstand and operate as specified after application of
1500 V RMS at 50 or 60 Hz for 1 minute from AC mains hot or neutral to chassis.
Ground Resistance
For items that have a connection to AC mains power.
Panorama Central Station does have a ground resistance of
£0.1 ohm from the AC mains
power inlet module’s ground contact pin to any exposed metal part, which will become
energized when, measured per IEC 950. A ground resistance of up to 0.2 ohm is allowed
when measured from the U blade of the supplied AC line cord to any exposed metal part
which will become energized.
