Use the Copy Function
In case that you use copy function of this machine, RasterLinkPro5 is
necessary. By setting the RasterLinkPro5, a message “Place another
media”, is displayed after drawing, and the drawing stops temporarily.
While the drawing stops temporarily, if you replace media, and press
the key, you can print continuously. (Supported from the firmware ver.1.40)
Subtank Maintenance
Execute following procedures when an error about subtank ( P.5-6 Error 148) occurs, or when the
nozzle is not unclogged after cleaning.

When <LOCAL> is displayed, press the
key.

Select the [MAINTENANCE] with the
key, and press the
key.

Select the [SUBTANK MAINTE] with the
key, and press the
key.

Set execution of subtank maintenance,
and press the key.
(1)Select the head with the key.
(2)Select execution of subtank maintenance with the key.
• If Error 148 occurs, an appropriate head is selected. Press key.

Press the key.
• Subtank maintenance starts.
• In case that you use this function, you need RasterLinkPro5 ver.2.30 or later version.
In case that you are using RasterLinkPro5 which the version is prior to ver.2.30, you cannot
use this function.
