Setting the centering sensor position
After setting the fabric to the printer, please set the centering sensor position.
•When adjusting the optical axis after the cloth width detection, the beep will
not sound. Please make sure to adjust the centering sensor position before
detecting the cloth width.
1. Loosen the centering sensor securing screw.
2. Align the arrow of the centering sensor with the
edge of the fabric.
Move the sensor unit. When the edge of the
fabric intersects the sensor optical axis, a
beep sounds. Stop the centering sensor ar-
row at the position where the first beep (a short
beep) sounds. If a long beep sounds, the op-
timum position has been exceeded.
3. Tighten the centering sensor securing screw to
secure the sensor.
If the edge of the fabric is curled, warped, or
raised, the fabric pressers can be used to
avoid damage to the ink head.
