Invoking NCU functions
List of functions
This section describes briefly the NCU functions and their setting values.
Setting a NCU functions
The operation described below on the operation panel is required to execute NCU functions.
STEPS:
1 Make sure that the printer is in LOCAL mode, and then select [NCU] using the [FUNC-
TION] key and press the [ENTER] key.
If it is in REMOTE mode, press the [REMOTE] key once.
2 Select an NCU function and make setting.

NG ACTION (*1)
Set the operation of the printer to be performed in case the preset number of
or more missing nozzles are detected and thus NG judgment is made. (*2)

NG JUDGEMENT (*1) Set the number of missing nozzles for NG judgment. (*2) p. 6-30
COND.INDICATION Displays the status of the NCU. p. 6-30
NG (*1): Bad nozzle condition.
