17Press the JOG key [] [] to lift the tension-bar up and to stretch the loosened
media.
Before pressing [] [] key, turn the left switch to AUTO. Tension-bar lifts, taking up the media, and auto-
matically stops at the proper position.
Heavy-duty roll media setting has been completed.
 If the tension-bar is not lifted with JOG key, use switches.
1.Set the right switch to take-up direction of the media, and turn the left switch to MANUAL.
(Tension-bar is lifted up.)
If media is feeded and the tension-bar is not lifted up, turn the right switch to the oher side.
2.When tension-bar arm becomes parallel to the floor, turn the left switch to AUTO to stop ten-
sion-bar.
3.Turn the right switch to the take-up direction of the media.
 The media between the take-up device and carriage cannot be printed.
