3-2. Error messages and corrective measures
3-2-1. Error messages for troubles for which error numbers are given on the LCD
1) Replace the main PCB with a
new one.

e. Supply power to the 1394
PCI board in the PC through
the power cable.
1) It is not used in the field.
• The control ROM is in
abnormal conditions.
• The control RAM is in
abnormal conditions.
• The +5V (+35V) voltage is in
abnormal conditions.
• The Flash memory is in
abnormal conditions.
• An error has occurred in the
D-RAM.
• Abnormal temperature is
detected.
• The Linear encoder is in
abnormal conditions.
• Configuration of PDC/IOC
has not been successfully
carried out.
