General information 1 General information This manual contains important instructions for the safe operation of the product. Read and follow the safety instructions and all other instructions. Keep the manual for future reference. Make sure that it is available to all those using the product. If you sell the product to another user, be sure that they also receive this manual. Safety instructions 2 Safety instructions Intended use This light stand is intended to be used for the stable mounting and height-adjustable posi‐ tioning of spotlights. Use the device only as described in this user manual. Any other use or use under other operating conditions is considered to be improper and may result in personal injury or property damage. No liability will be assumed for damages resulting from improper use.

To fully protect the product against vibration, dust and moisture during transportation or storage use the original packaging or your own packaging material suitable for transport or storage, respectively.

Possible staining The plasticiser contained in the rubber feet of this product may possibly react with the coating of your parquet, linoleum, laminate or PVC floor and after some time cause permanent dark stains. In case of doubt, do not put the rubber feet directly on the floor, but use felt-pad floor protectors or a carpet. Comply with regulations When installing and operating, make sure to follow the standards and regulations that apply in your country.
Operating Scope of delivery Before you assemble your lighting stand, make sure the contents of package is complete according to the following list: 1. Truss section A (2 ×) 2.

Operating Assembly Basically you can carry out the following steps on your own. But with the assistance of a second person the assembly will be much easier. 1. Remove the rubber caps from the ends of the truss sections (A).
Operating 2. Attach the two T-pieces (B) to the ends of tube (C). 3. Plug the combination of (B) and (C) on the open side of a truss section (A). Then slide the tubes (D) through the T-pieces (B) into truss section (A) and screw the tubes (D).
Operating 4. Plug the second truss section on the open end and screw it.
Operating 5. Insert the T-pieces (E) on the outer ends of the two truss sections (A).
Operating 6. Secure the T-pieces (E) with the safety bolts.
Operating 7. Unfold the feet of the tripod until the cross braces are in a horizontal position. 8. Fix this position with the safety screw on the slider to which the three feet are attached. 9. Pull out the safety bolt and loosen the locking screw on the extension tube. 10. Pull out the extension tube to the desired height, insert the safety pin through the appropriate grid holes and slide the safety cotter through the hole in the safety bolt. 11.
Operating 12. Plug the truss with the T-pieces onto the extension tube of the stands and attach the truss to the T-pieces (E) with the Allen screws. 13. Mount the headlight (s), if necessary with adapters, on the crossbar. Observe the instruc‐ tions of the respective manufacturers. The maximum load capacity of the traverse of 25 kg (18 kg per tripod) must not be exceeded.
Operating Dismounting 1. Remove the spotlight(s). 2. Loosen the Allen screws on the T-pieces (E) at the ends of the truss and pull the truss off the stands. 3. Disassemble the truss in the reverse order of the assembly instructions as far as it makes sense for a transport or storage in view of a new assembly. 4. Pull out the safety bolt on the stand and hold the extension tube while you loosen the locking screw on the extension tube. 5.
