ThisdevicecomplieswithPart15oftheFCCRules.Operationissubjecttothefollowingtwoconditions:(1)
Thisdevicemaynotcauseharmfulinterference,and(2)thisdevicemustacceptanyinterferencereceived,
includinginterferencethatmaycauseundesiredoperation.
FCCCaution:Anychangesormodificationsnotexpresslyapprovedbythepartyresponsibleforcompliance
couldvoidtheuser'sauthoritytooperatethisequipment.
Theantenna(s)mustbeinstalledsuchthataminimumseparationdistanceofatleast20cmismaintained
betweentheradiator(antenna)andallpersonsatalltimes.
OEM Responsibilities to comply with FCC
‐TheOEMintegratorisresponsibleforensuringthattheend‐userhasnomanualinstructionstoremoveor
installmodule.
‐Themoduleislimitedtoinstallationinmobileorfixedapplications.
‐Thetransmittermodulemustnotbeco‐locatedoroperatinginconjunctionwithanyotherantennaor
transmitterexceptinaccordancewithFCCmulti‐transmitterproductprocedures.
‐Separateapprovalwillberequiredforallotheroperatingconfigurations,includingportableconfigurations
withrespecttoPart2.1093anddifferentantennaconfigurationsotherthansuppliedantennas. 
Aslongastheconditionaboveismet,furthertransmittertestingwillnotberequired.However,theOEM
integratorisstillresponsiblefortestingtheirend‐productforanyadditionalcompliancerequirements
requiredwiththismoduleinstalled(forexample,digitaldeviceemissions,PCperipheralrequirements,etc.).
Also,theOEMintegratorisresponsibletoprovidetothehostmanufacturerforcompliancewiththePart15B
requirements.
