void T6963C_cursor_blink(unsigned int n);
Description Enable/disable cursor blinking.
Parameters - n: cursor blinking enable/disable parameter. Valid values: 0 (disable cursor blinking) and 1 (enable
cursor blinking).
Returns Nothing.
Requires Toshiba Glcd module needs to be initialized. See the T6963C_init routine.
