Tighten
Loosen
Attach rail assembly to operator head using the four
1/4”-20 x 3/4” tapered  ange bolts (supplied).

INSTALLING THE BELT – continued
Check that the tensioning spring in the traveler is
approximately 1” long. If it is not, hold the traveler
so the adjustment wheel is visible through the large
slot.
Use the belt tensioning tool, supplied with the drive
belt assembly, or a  at blade screwdriver tighten
or loosen the tensioning nut until the spring is
approximately 1” long – the width of the
tensioning tool.
KEEP THE BELT TENSIONING TOOL FOR
FUTURE USE.
