INSTALL THE BELT

Lay belt on rail assembly with traveler placed through

trolley and traveler notch facing downward. Do not

place belt on pulley at this time.

Stretch the belt to the pulley end and rotate the

pulley assembly to slide the belt onto it.

Rotate the belt to bring the end of the traveler to 9”

from the end of the rail assembly.

Place belt on sprocket then snap belt clamp in

place.

Tighten the (2) 5/16”-18 x 3/4” bolts and (2) 5/16”-

18 Keps nuts to secure the pulley assembly to the

rail.

Rotate the sprocket (no more than a full turn in

either direction) until the  at side of the sprocket

aligns with the  at on the opener drive shaft.

SPACER, IT CAN BE USED

FOR ADJUSTING THE BELT
