Step 2 Insert Anti-Friction Disc
PlaceAnti-FrictionDisc on the Center Peg of
the 5th Wheel.
Step 1 Insert Spring Clips
Slide one Spring Clip into Upper Handle
Slide one Spring Clip into Center Rear Frame
(Make sure that the round head of the
Spring Clip fits into the provided hole and
when depressed, it moves in and out
freely.)
Step 4Attach 5th Wheel to Front Frame
Please press the 2" Black Nylon Bolt into the
front frame until the black hex head is flat with
the top of the Front Frame.
Step5 Attach 5th Wheel to Front Frame (cont’d)
After sliding the 5th Wheel Assembly over the
2" Black Nylon bolt sticking up through the
Front Frame (making sure 3" white disc is
between frame and 5th Wheel) attach with
black spacer and black hex head self-locking
nut.
Step6 Attach 5th Wheel to Front Frame (cont’d)
IMPORTANT:
Tighten the hex head with T-Tool (provided)
until you can feel friction when you turn the
5th Wheel Assembly on Front Frame.
Step15 Insert Upper Handle into Lower Handle
Insert the Upper Handle into the Lower Handle,
as shown.
Pinch the Snap Button to let the Upper Handle
slide into and lockinto the first position of the
Lower Handle.
Step9  Insert Axles
The All-Terrain Wheels are reversable.
Insert the Axle (withone End Cap attached)
through the center of either side of an All-
Terrain Wheel.
Step 10 Continue Axle Assembly
There are holes in the 5th Wheel and Rear
Frame Assemblies, specifically designed to
accept the Axles. As shown, insert the Axle
(with All-Terrain Wheel) through the 5
th
Wheel
struts.
Step 11 Complete Axle Assembly (cont’d)
With both wheeled axles in place, turn
assembled parts on wheeled side, with the
wheels resting on a solid surface.
Place remaining two All-Terrain Wheels on
their axles. (Wheels are reversible, does not
matter which side faces out.)
Step 12 Complete Axle Assembly (cont’d)
Place an End Cap on the Axle end and - using
a hammer - tap it towards the All-Terrain Wheel
until it cannot move any futher. (The All-Terrain
Wheels will still spin freely.)
Step13 Attach Lower Handle
Turn your nearly completed Flatbed in a normal
wheels-on-the-ground position.
Make sure the Arrows are facing each other
when you slide the Lower Handle into the
5th Wheel now attached to Front Frame.
Slide the 4-1/2" bolt through the Handle and
5th Wheel from the left side while facing front of
cart as shown.
Step7 Complete Assembly
Insert RearFrame into Front Frame and close
completely.
NOTE: The Snap Buttons will lock the frames in
three positions. (Simply depress the snap spring
button to close or open frames as desired.)
Step8 Prepare Axles
Prepare BOTH axles by affixing only
one
cap
on each axle.
Place an Axle End Cap on a solid surface and
firmly insertan Axle intothe opening. Tap
the top end of the axle to drive the lower
end into the end cap.
Step14 Secure Lower Handle
Slip the PlasticSpacerover the threaded end
of the bolt, then
Tighten the hex nut on the plastic bolt until nut
is firmly in place. Even after the nut begins to
turn tightly, make sure you tighten the hex nut
until handle has friction when you move
it up and down.
Step 3 Attach 2" Black Nylon Bolt
Insert 2" Black Nylon bolt through Peg Hole
through the Front Frame as shown.
