STEP 1 - INSERT SPRING CLIP -UPPER
HANDLE
UPPER HANDLE
• Slide one Spring Clip into Upper Handle into channel
opposite of oval grip.
Make sure that the round head of the Spring Clip fits
into the provided hole and when depressed, it moves
in and out freely.
STEP 2 - INSERT SPRING CLIP-REAR
FRAME
• Slide one Spring Clip into Center Rear Frame
Make sure that the round head of the Spring Clip fits
into the provided hole and when depressed, it moves
in and out freely.
STEP 3 - INSERT 3” ANTI-FRICTION DISK
(WHITE or BLACK)
• Place Anti-Friction Disk on the Center Peg of 5th
wheel
STEP 4 - ATTACH 2” BLACK NYLON BOLT
• Insert 2” Black Nylon Bolt through Peg Hole
through the front frame as shown. Press until
bolt head is flush with top of front frame
surface
• Insert 2” Black Nylon Bolt through Peg Hole
through the front frame as shown. Press until
bolt head is flush with top of front frame
surface

STEP 5 - ATTACH 5 WHEEL to FRONT
FRAME

• After sliding the 5 Wheel Assembly over the 2” Black
Nylon Bolt sticking up through the Front Frame (make
th
sure 3” white or black disc is between frame and 5 wheel)
attach with black spacer and black hex self-locking nut.

STEP 6 - ATTACHING 5 WHEEL TO
FRONT FRAME (cont’d)
• IMPORTANT: Tighten the hex head with T-Tool
provided until you can feel friction when you turn the

5 Wheel Assembly on Front Frame.
STEP 7 - COMPLETE ASSEMBLY
• Insert Rear Frame into Front Frame and close
completely
NOTE:The Snap Buttons will lock the frames in
three positions. Simply depress the snap spring
button to close or open the frame as desired
STEP 8 - PREPARE AXLES
• Prepare BOTH axles by affixing one end of each axle.
• Place an Axle End Cap on a solid surface and firmly
insert an Axle into the opening. Tap the top end of the
axle to drive the lower end into the end cap.
STEP 9 - INSERT AXLES
• The Non-Flat Super Wheels must slide on axles
with extended axles hub facing inwards towards
the cart frame. Wheel colors may vary.
• Insert the Axle (with one end cap attached)
through the flush hub side of the wheel. End
caps cover flat sides of wheel hubs.
STEP 10 - CONTINUE AXLE ASSEMBLY

• There are holes in the 5 Wheel and Rear
Frame Assemblies specifically designed to
accept the Axles. As shown, insert the Axle with
one wheel attached so that extended hub faces
in and flush hub faces out towards the caps.
STEP 11 - COMPLETE AXLE ASSEMBLY
• Now attach the other wheel after inserting the
axle. making sure that extended hub of the wheel
faces towards the frame, and outside hub is flush
to accept the cap. Do the same for other wheels
and axle on rear of cart.
STEP 12 - COMPLETE AXLE ASSEMBLY (CONT’D)
• Now knock on the end caps on both sets of
wheels, making sure that wheel hubs facing
outward are flush to accept the black end caps.
This is very important. Make sure that all of the
Non-Flat Super Wheels still spin freely.
STEP 13 - ATTACH THE LOWER HANDLE

TO 5 WHEEL
• Turn your nearly completed flatbed in a normal wheels-on-the-
ground position
• Make sure the arrows are facing each other when you slide

the lower handle into the 5 Wheel now attached to the Front
Frame

• Slide the 4-½” bolt through the 5 Wheel and attached handle
from the left side while facing the front of cart as shown. The
hex inset will prevent the bolt held from turning when tightened.
STEP 14 - INSERT UPPER HANDLE
INTO LOWER HANDLE
• Insert the Upper Handle into the Lower
Handle, as shown
• Pinch the Snap Button to let the Upper Handle
slide into and lock into position with the Lower
Handle , as shown.
STEP 15 - ATTACH sTACKING/TILTING

STEP 17 - OPTIONAL FISHING POLE
HOLDERS
STEP 18 - SET TUB ATOP CARGO WALLS
STEP 19 - BUNGEE CORDS
• The Heavy Duty Bungee Cords* can be used to
secure your cooler or other cargo.
*Included in Cooler Caddy & Fishing Cart
STEP 20 - OPTIONAL HITCH ASSEMBLY
