What are the weight limits for the Mighty Max Plus One flatbed in closed and fully
opened positions?
Plus One Cart with All-Terrain Wheels:
Closed position:
• 300 pounds on concrete and solid flooring.
• 200 pounds on gravel, mud, and soft ground.
Fully Opened Position:
• 200 pounds with load spread evenly over entire length of the expanded cart base.
• 125 pounds on gravel, mud, sand and lose dirt.
Proper Storage of the Mighty Max Plus One Cart?
If you leave a heavy load on the cart and allow it to sit for several days or weeks, your
wheels may form some small flat spots on them when you roll it. If this happens, please
empty the cart, and turn it upside down in direct sunlight. The flat spots will pop out in a
few hours. Just like car tires, if a vehicle is left in storage or outside without use for weeks
or months, they will get dry rotted and have to be replaced.
We recommend that, for long periods of time, you store your Plus One Cart empty in a car
trunk, or in a garage, storage area, or closet, or hang it on a wall. Our wheels are truly
great, but constant exposure to sunlight, salt air, or harsh weather, can cause them to crack
over time. We do offer replacement wheels.
Do I still get a Free Hitch if Buy Two or More Mighty Max or Plus One Carts?
Yes, if you purchase any two of our carts at one time we will send you a FREE Hitch
Assembly to connect both of your carts, or to connect a cart behind a riding mower or 4-
Wheeler.
