Frequently Asked Questions
Fault message after the end of the program
Problem Possible cause and solution
Intensive flow: Clean
the filter and jet or
remove foreign ob-
jects from the pump
housing.
The pumps are dirty.
Clean the pumps as described in “Frequently
Asked Questions – Opening the door in the event
of a blocked drain outlet and/or power outage”.
Start a wash program again after cleaning.
The jet in the top of the door ring is blocked with lint.
Remove the lint with your finger. Do not use any
sharp or pointed tools to do this.
Start a wash program again after cleaning.
If the fault message appears again, contact
Customer Service. The washing machine can still be
used but with reduced functionality.
Align the machine.
Laundry not properly
spun
The SoftSteamextra option which runs at the end of
the program could not be carried out properly.
Check whether the washing machine is aligned
correctly (see “Installation – Leveling the
machine”).
Check whether the maximum drain height of 3'
3" (1m) has been exceeded.
If the fault message appears again, contact
Customer Service. The washing machine can still be
used but with reduced functionality.
The messages will appear at the end of the program and when the washing
machine is switched on, and need to be confirmed with the OK sensor button.
