sensor button
You can view information about the
energy and water consumption of
your washing machine with the
sensor button.
See “Washing environmentally and
economically” under the “Feedback”
section for additional information.
The following information will appear
in the display:
– An estimate of the energy and
water consumption before the
program begins.
– The actual energy and water
consumption during the program
or at the end of the program.

sensor button
You can specify the degree of soiling
of the load in three settings. This
sensor button is only active with the
TwinDos option activated.

Start/Add laundrysensor button
The program can be started as
soon as the sensor button is
flashing on and off. Touching
theStart/Add laundry sensor
button starts the selected
program. The sensor button
lights up constantly.
Once the program has been
started, theStart/Add laundry
sensor button allows you to
add laundry.

Sensor button
Activate detergent dispensing with a
capsule by using the sensor buttons.

TwinDos sensor button with the
additional Whites and Colors
sensor buttons
The TwinDos sensor button is used
for deactivating and activating
automatic detergent dispensing.
Depending on the color composition
of your load, you can control the
detergent combination by selecting
the Whites or Colors sensor button.

Optical interface
This is used by the Service
department as a transmission point.

Program selector
for selecting programs and for
switching the machine off. The
washing machine is switched on
when you select a program, and
switched off by turning the program
selector to the position.
