Fault messages at the end of a programme
Message Possible cause and remedy
 Intensive flow: Clean
the filter and jet
nozzle or remove
foreign objects from
the pump housing
The pumps are dirty.
 Clean the pumps as described in the “Problem
solving guide – Opening the door in the event of a
blocked drain outlet and/or power cut”.
 Restart the wash programme after cleaning.
The jet in the top of the door ring is blocked with fluff.
 Remove the fluff with your finger. Do not use any
sharp or pointed tools to do this.
 Restart the wash programme after cleaning.
If the fault message appears again, contact Miele.
The washer-dryer can still be used but with reduced
functionality.
 Check load
There is no laundry in the drum.
The load is too small. The laundry is still damp
because the residual moisture content in the laundry
cannot be measured.
 In the future use a Timed drying programme for
small amounts of laundry.
The amount of laundry exceeded the maximum load
for the selected programme.
 Observe the maximum loads listed in the
Programme chart.
 Start "Rinse out fluff"
programme in the
"Maintenance"
menu
TheRinse out fluff programme has not been used for
a long time.
 Start the Rinse out fluff programme as described
in “Cleaning and care – Starting maintenance
programmes”.
To switch off the fault message, switch the washer-dryer off with the  sensor.
