A message appears in the display at the end of the programme
Message Cause and remedy
 Hygiene info
A programme using a temperature above 60°C has
not been run for a long time.
 In order to prevent bacteria and unpleasant odours
building up in the washer-dryer, run the Mainten-
ance wash programme using Miele machine
cleaner or powder detergent.
 Check dosage
Excessive foam has built up during washing.
 Use less detergent next time, and follow the man-
ufacturer's recommended dosage amounts on the
packaging.
 Check load
There is no laundry in the drum.
The load is too small. The laundry is still damp be-
cause the residual moisture content in the laundry
could not be measured.
 In future use a Timed drying programme for small
amounts of laundry.
The amount of laundry exceeded the max. load for
the selected programme.
 Observe the maximum loads given in the Pro-
gramme chart.
The messages will appear at the end of the programme and when the washer-
dryer is switched on and need to be confirmed with the OK sensor.
