IV. Limitation of anti-ooding guarantee

防漏水保障限制
1. This anti-ooding guarantee does not cover damage to the water protection system or the machine
itself.
 本防漏水保障条款保障范围不包括防漏水保护系统或电器本身的损坏。
2. Damage as a result of the following are not covered by this guarantee:
 本保障条款保障范围不包括以下原因导致的损失：
a. Improper installation, e.g. non-compliance with relevant safety regulations and written operating
and installation instructions.
 不适当安装，如不遵守相关安全法规及书面操作和安装指示；
b. Improper use and operation such as the use of unsuitable detergents or chemicals.
 不正确使用及操作，如使用不合适的清洁剂或化学品；
c. Limited or complete lack of functionality as a result of non-compliance with specific technical
specications if a machine is used in a country other than the one in which it was purchased.
 由于在电器购买地以外的国家使用时不遵守具体技术规格导致电器功能受限或丧失；
d. External factors such as damage caused through transportation, impact and jolting, inclement
environmental conditions or natural phenomena.
 外部原因如运输、冲击和颠簸、恶劣的环境条件或自然损耗导致的电器损坏；
e. Repairs or modications not performed by service agents trained and authorised by Miele.
 经非美诺培训或授权的服务代理修理或修改；
f. Failure to use genuine Miele spare parts or accessories authorised by Miele.
 使用非美诺原装零件或美诺授权的配件所导致的电器损坏。
V. Data protection

数据保护
Miele agrees to use personal data for the sole purpose of fulfilling its commitments pursuant to
processing warranty claims and in full compliance with data protection legislation.
美诺同意仅就履行处理保障索赔的承诺而使用个人数据，且将完全遵守个人信息保护相关法律法规。
VI. General
一般条款
This anti-flooding guarantee shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of
Mainland of China. This anti-ooding guarantee applies in addition to other rights and remedies the
customer may have under the Consumer Law or any other law of Mainland of China.
本防漏水保障条款受中国大陆法律管辖并按中国大陆法律解释。本防漏水保障条款不影响顾客根据《消
费权益保护法》或其他中国大陆法律所应享有的其它权利及救济措施。

