Cleaning the condenser
,
To reduce the risk of electric
shock, disconnect the dryer from the
power supply by shutting off the
power main, tripping the circuit
breaker or unplugging the power
cord before performing
maintenance.
Detergent residues, hair and lint in the
drying air can penetrate filters and clog
the condenser. Particles from the cool
air sucked in from the install location
can cause blockages.
^ Check the condenser at least twice a
year. If used often, check every 100
loads.
^ Clean if necessary.
Removing the condenser
^
Open the door.
^ Open the access panel, located on
the lower left corner of the machine,
using the yellow tool supplied with
the machine.
Hold the panel when opening it.
^
Remove the panel up and out of the
condenser access area.
^
Turn the condenser door lock down
and remove the door.
