Problem Possible cause and solution
Water is flowing out of
the appliance.
The water intake is faulty.
 Close the faucet immediately.
 Check the water line for damage.
 Contact Miele Customer Service.
 Check whether the water connection pressure is
too high.
If the water connection pressure is too high, this can
cause leaks (see “Installation – Plumbed water con-
nection”).
 Check that the water connection is between 29psi
and 116psi (2bar and 8bar).
 Check if an incorrect valve has been installed.
