P
re-heat the grill for approx.
5 minutes with the door closed.
Do not set a microwave power level

ring pre-heating.

level and a grill setting for the
Grill and MW + Grill
functions.

level and a temperature for the Fan

Wear oven gloves when placing food
in
the oven or removing it and when
adjusting oven shelves etc. in a hot
oven

the food on the appropriate
shelf level (see the Grilling chart).

Check the food after the shortest

ation quoted.
Take note of the temperature range, the
shelf leve
ls and the durations. These
take the size of the meat and cooking
practices into account.
Grill level (Grill , MW + Grill )
– Level 3: Thin cuts are cooked quickly
when placed close to the grill
element.
– Level 2: For a lighter, golden finish,
e.g. on gr
atins and bakes.
– Level 1: Thicker cuts should be

lled further from the grill.
Temperature (F

As a general rule, select the lower
t
emperature. If higher temperatures are
used, the meat will brown on the
outside, but will not be properly cooked
through.Thin cuts can generally be
grilled at 220 °C, thicker cuts at 180–
200 °C.
