Changing the temperature
As soon as a cooking function is
select
ed, a recommended temperature
will appear in the display together with
its possible range (see "Overview of
functions").
 Co
nfirm with OK if the recommended
temperature is suitable for your
recipe.
 If it is not suitable for your r
ecipe, you
can change it for this particular
cooking programme.
You can also permanently reset the
recommended temperature to suit
your personal cooking preferences.
See "Settings - Recommended
temperatures".
Example: You have selected Fan
plus  and 170 °C and can see the
t
emperature increasing.
You want to reduce the target
t
emperature to 155 °C.
 Select .
The required temperature is highlighted.
 Confirm with OK.
 Cha
nge the temperature.
The temperature changes in 5 °C steps.
 Confirm with OK.
The altered required temperature is
saved.
 Finally, select  if you want to see
the actual temperature increasing in
the display.
The altered required temperature
appears.
