Gentle bake
The Gentle bake function is ideal for
bakes and gratins which require a crisp
top.
The temperature can be set between
100 and 230 °C.
 Select .
 Select Gentle bake and alter the
recommended temperature if
necessary.
 Follow the instructions in the display.
The table contains a few examples.
