Lower basket
F
or larger and heavier items such as
plates, serving platters, saucepans,
bowls, etc.
Glasses, cups and small items such
as saucers can also be placed in the
lower basket. Do not place thin, deli‐
cate glassware in the lower basket.
Place
large platters and dishes in the
center of the lower basket.
When tilted, plates up to 13 3/4" (35
cm) in diamet
er can be accommodated.
Removable MultiComfort insert
The rear section of the lower basket is
used for washing cu
ps, glasses, plates,
pots and pans.
You can remove the MultiComfort insert
t
o make more room for larger items
such as casserole dishes.
Removing the insert

ull the yellow handle forwards and
remove the insert.
Refitting the insert
Fi
t the insert into the lower basket
with the hooks under the long cross-
piece .
P
ress down on the insert until it clicks
into position .
