Weight of cabinet front
Before installing the cabinet front, en-
sure that the weight of the door does
not exceed the maximum permitted:
Appliance Max. weight of
cabinet front
F1412Vi 130 lb (59kg)
F2802Vi, F2812Vi 62 lb (28kg)
F2902Vi, F2912Vi 75 lb (34kg)
If the cabinet front is too heavy,
this can cause damage.
Installing a cabinet front which is
heavier than the maximum permitted
weight could damage the hinges.
This damage can affect various fac-
tors, such as operation of the appli-
ance.
Before installing the cabinet front,
ensure that the weight of the door
does not exceed the maximum per-
mitted.
Aligning the installation niche
The building-in niche must be carefully
aligned using a spirit level before the re-
frigeration appliance is installed. The
niche corners must be at 90° angles to
each other, otherwise the cabinet front
will not sit straight on all 4corners of
the building-in niche.
Checking the installation niche
Check the installation dimensions
(see “Installation – Installation dimen-
sions”).
Check the position of the electrical
connection. The length of the power
cord is 9' 10" (3 m).
The electrical socket must not be
concealed behind the appliance and
must be easily accessible in an
emergency.
Check the position of the plumbed
water connection.
