When retracted, the deflector plate is
held in place by magnets.
The r
etaining force of the magnets can
be adjusted. The magnets should be
adjusted so that the deflector plate is
held in place securely on the left and
right hand side and can be lowered
slightly. An angled key is supplied for
adjusting the magnets.
Adjust both sides equally
. Turn in
stages by a half turn each time and
check the adjustment by lowering
and raising the deflector plate.
Turning the adjusting screws clock‐
wise inc
reases the magnetic retaining
force.
Turning the adjusting screws anti-
clo
ckwise reduces the magnetic re‐
taining force.
The
covers for the brackets are de‐
signed for 16 mm and 19 mm thick
unit sides. Turn the covers so that
they are in the appropriate position
and fit them onto the brackets.
