Activating and altering the charcoal
filt
er operating hours counter
Charcoal filters are needed for recircu‐
lation mode.
The charcoal filter operating hours
coun
ter needs to be activated once and
the operating time needs to be set to
suit the kind of cooking you do:
 Use the On/Off control  to switch
the fan off.
 P
ress the "" symbol and the oper‐
ating hours control  at the same
time.
The Charcoal filter symbol  and one
of the fan power levels will flash.

the time set:

120 hours
2............................................. 180 hours
3.............................................
240 hours

Deactivated
 P
ress the "" symbol for a shorter
operating time, or the "" symbol to
select a longer operating time.
 Co
nfirm your choice by pressing the
operating hours control .
All the indicator lamps will go out.
If you do not confirm within 4 minutes,
the coo
ker hood will revert to the old
setting.

control 
– Once, to read the Grease filter oper‐
atin
g hours. The grease filter symbol
 lights up.
– Twice, to read the Charcoal filter op‐
er
ating hours. The Charcoal filter
symbol  lights up.
One or more of the power level indica‐
t
ors will flash.
The number of fan power level indica‐
t
ors flashing shows the percentage of
the operating time which has already
been used up.

remains in the memory, even when
the appliance is switched off or there
