One or more of the sensors 1 to IS will
flash.
The number of flashing sensors
indicates the percentage of the
operating time which has already been
used up.
Sensor 1 ....................25%
Sensors 1 and 2 ..............50%
Sensors 1 to 3 ................75%
Sensors 1 to IS ..............100%

When you take your finger off the
grease filter sensor [, the current fan
power level will appear.
The number of operating hours used
remains in the memory, even when the
appliance is switched off or there is a
power cut.
Operating hours counter for the
charcoal filters
(only for recirculation mode)
On delivery, the operating hours
counter for the charcoal filter is
switched off.
For recirculation mode, the operating
hours counter needs to be set to suit
the type of cooking you do:
The charcoal filter sensor will light up
after the rangehood has operated for
the number of hours set.

The charcoal filter must then be
replaced with a new one.
Afterwards, the grease filter operating
hours counter must be reset (See
"Cleaning and care").
Activating and altering the operating
hours counter for the charcoal filters

Touch the On/Off sensor s to switch
the fan off.

Touch the run-on sensor ¢ and the
charcoal filter sensor at the same
time.
The charcoal filter sensor and one of
the fan power level sensors 1 to IS will
flash.
Sensors 1 to IS indicate the time set:
1 = ....................120hours
2 = ....................180hours
3 = ....................240hours
IS = ..................deactivated
^ Select the required time by touching
the appropriate sensor.
^ Confirm the selection by touching the
charcoal filter sensor .
All the lights will go out.
If you do not confirm your selection
within 4 minutes, the rangehood will
automatically revert to the original
setting.
