Thermo-electric flame failure
device
Your wok burner is equipped with a
thermo-electric flame failure device. If
the gas flame is extinguished, e.g. by
food boiling over or by a draught, the
gas supply is switched off. This
prevents the release of gas. If you turn
the control knob to the position, the
burner is ready for use again.
The thermo-electric flame failure
device operates independently from
the electricity supply. This means that
it will still work if the wok burner is
used during a power cut.
