Wok ring
Use the wok ring supplied to give ad-
ditional stability to pans, especially to
woks with a rounded base.
Place the wok ring on the pan sup-
port so that it sits securely in position
and cannot move (see diagram).
The wok is unique among cookware in
that it has a small base diameter and a
large rim diameter (usually 35-40cm).
Wok pans are ideal for use on the wok
burner.
Combination trivet
Use the small trivet supplied for small
pans. The pan will then be stable on the
burner and not tip over.
