Problem Possible cause and solution
The coffee or
espresso is not hot
enough
The cup has not been pre-heated.

Pre-heat the cups (see "Pre-warming cups").

The brewing temperature is set too low.

Set a higher brew temperature (see "Brewing

or
The brew unit filters are blocked.
