Quick guide
The coffee system must be cleaned every day to prevent a build-up of
bacteria.
How often Necessary cleaning
If it is going to be more than one
hour before dispensing milk again
Rinse the cappuccinatore
Every day
(after the last drink of the day is
dispensed)
Wash the cappuccinatore
Rinse the system
Wash the water tank
Wash the milk flask
Wash the waste container
Wash the drip tray and cover
Once a week Wash the brew unit
Approx. every 200 portions Clean/degrease the brew unit (with cleaning tablets)

Cleaning the exterior (especially right after descaling)
Although some components of the coffee system are dishwasher safe,
cleaning them in the dishwasher frequently can cause them to discolor. The
surface may also become damaged.
