Only open the appliance door when necessary and
for as short a time as possible.
The temperature in the freezer section is too high.
Select a lower temperature.
The water-connection pressure is too low.
Check that the water-connection pressure is be-
tween 21.7psi and 90psi (1.5and 6.2bar).
Remember that it can take up to 24hours for the
production of ice cubes to commence.
The ice cubes have an
unpleasant odor or fla-
vor.
The ice-cube maker is in constant use and needs to
be cleaned regularly.
Rinse the ice-cube maker and water-intake pipe
regularly. The first three batches of ice cubes
should be thrown away and not consumed.
The ice-cube maker is rarely used. If you do not use
it very often, ice cubes that are stored for a long pe-
riod can absorb the taste and smell of other items.
Empty the ice-cube drawer if you are not going to
use the ice-cube maker for a long period of time.
