Cleaning the universal tray and
combi rack
The surfaces of the universal tray
and the combi rack have been
treated with PerfectClean.
Please see “PerfectClean” in the
“Cleaning and care” chapter for in-
structions on cleaning.
Remove:
- light soiling with a clean sponge and
a solution of washing-up liquid and
hot water
- stubborn soiling with a clean dish-
washing sponge, hot water and a
little washing-up liquid If necessary,
you can also use the rough side of
the sponge.
After cleaning, wipe the surface with
clean water to remove any cleaning
agent residues.
Then dry the surfaces using a cloth.
Cleaning cooking containers
The cooking containers are suitable
for cleaning in a dishwasher.
Wash and dry the cooking containers
after each use.
Any bluish discolouration on cooking
containers can be removed with vin-
egar. Rinse with clean water.
Cleaning the food probe
Do not put the food probe into water
or clean it in the dishwasher as this
will damage it.
Clean the food probe with a damp
cloth only.
