Switching onCrisp function
The Crisp functionfunction has to be
switched on separately for each cook-
ing programme.
You have selected a function and the
required settings such as the temperat-
ure.
You want to switch on the Crisp func-
tionfunction for this cooking pro-
gramme.
Select the sensor control.
Select Crisp function| On.
Confirm with OK.
The Crisp functionfunction is switched
on.
The Crisp functionfunction can be
switched off again at any time via the
sensor control.
Releasing bursts of steam
You can release bursts of steam during
the cooking process in all oven func-
tions (except Eco Fan heat). The number
of bursts of steam is unlimited.
You can release a burst of steam as
soon as Burst of steam is highlighted on
the display.
Please wait until the heating-up phase
is completed to allow the steam to be
distributed evenly in the warm air in
the oven.
Select OK.
The burst of steam will be released.
appears on the display and the Burst of
steam goes out. This will take approxim-
ately 1minute.
Proceed as described to release fur-
ther bursts of steam once Burst of
steam appears on the display again.
