Making ice cubes
56
Switching the ice cube
maker on and off
Tap.
Swipe left or right until is shown in
the middle.
Tap.
will light up orange when the ice
cube maker is switched on.
Once the freezer section has cooled
down to its set temperature, the ice
cube maker will fill with water.
As soon as ice cubes are produced,
they will empty automatically from the
integrated ice cube tray and into the
clip-on container. The clip-on container
can be removed if required.
Ice cube production is halted automat-
ically when the clip-on container or the
ice cube drawer is full. The drawer will
not fill up to the top edge.
Tip: Increase the fill volume of ice
cubes by spreading the ice cubes out
evenly from time to time.
Tip: Empty the clip-on container or the
ice cube drawer at regular intervals, or if
you have not produced any ice for more
than a week. This will ensure that you
always have fresh ice and the ice cubes
will not form a clump.
The ice cube maker can be turned off
independently of the freezer section if
you do not want to make any ice
cubes.
If the ice cube maker is switched off,
food can be placed in the ice cube
drawer and frozen.
Push the ice cube drawer all the way
back in when you stop ice cube pro-
duction.
