Water intake fault
Problem Possible cause and solution
The alarm tone is
sounding.
One of the following
messages appears in
the display:
Open water supply
The water supply faucet is turned off.
Open the water-supply faucet all the way.
Intake
Before remedying the fault:
Turn off the dishwasher.
Water-inlet fault.
Open the water-supply faucet all the way and start
the program again.
Clean the water-inlet filter (see “Cleaning the wa-
ter-inlet filter” under “Cleaning and care”).
The water-connection pressure is lower than
7.25psi (50kPa).
Consult a plumber.
The on-site connection for the water drain may be
too low and you will need to raise the water drain
(see “Hose installation” under “Installation”).
Fault F18
A technical fault has occurred.
Turn off the dishwasher.
Close the faucet.
