Using M Chef + Conventional
heat and Conventional heat
Dark metal, enamel, or aluminium
baking tins with a matt finish, as well as
heat-resistant glass, ceramic, and
coated bakeware can be used.
Use these functions for baking
traditional recipes. If using an older
recipe or cookbook, set the oven
temperature 10°C lower than the
recommended one. The cooking
duration is shortened when you use the
M Chef + Conventional heat function.
