Cleaning agent
Use
ProCare Shine 12 GC is a mildly alkaline tablet cleaning agent for machine cleaning of dishes in
commercial dishwashers with a fresh water system.

ProCare Shine 12 GC is intended for commercial use only.
Use and dispensing
ProCare Shine 12 GC is designed for use in programs in Miele Professional commercial dishwashers
with a fresh water system.
• Manual dispensing via the door dispenser compartment prior to every wash program
• Recommended dosage: 1 tab per wash program
• Recommended water hardness range: 0-3 gpg (0-0.5 mmol/l)
• We do not recommend using the Rapid program in fresh water dishwashers.
Cleaning agent should be dispensed and the program selected to suit the load and the level of
soiling. Where required program modifications to the main wash stage are recommended (increased
temperature and/or increased holding time). An unsuitable program can lead to unsatisfactory cleaning
results.

By using this product that carries the EU Ecolabel, and observing correct
dosage instructions, you are helping to reduce pollution to waterways and
the amount of waste in landfill sites.
Sinner’s circle
Sinner’s circle describes the mechanisms required in a cleaning process.
According to this, four factors determine the success of cleaning: chemical
agent, mechanical action, temperature and program duration. All four
factors are dependent on each other, however the ratio of one to the other
can be adjusted. If one factor is altered, the ratio of one or more of the
other factors must be altered to achieve the same cleaning result. When
compared to standard domestic dishwashers, commercial dishwasher
programs have considerably shorter program durations. This is attributable
to strong alkaline cleaning agents and a high-performance cleaning system.
When using commercial dishwasher tabs such as e.g. ProCare Shine 12 GC, excellent cleaning
results can be achieved by selecting a suitable program, adjusting the temperature and/or duration if
necessary.
