ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 10) Using a hammer

(not included), tap a zip nut (F) into

remaining predrilled hole on left

face of table leg (C)

[see Image 3]

STEP 11) Carefully ip each

bench upright and position in front

of table legs.

STEP 12)

Align predrilled holes in connecting

arm (K), to predrilled holes on right face of of table

leg (C). Using two (2) 3/8” x 2-1/2” bolts (G), and

two (2) 3/8” washers (E), bolt connecting arm to

bench utilizing zip nut (F) installed in step 10.

Use a 9/16” wrench (not included) to tighten

securely

[see Image 4]

STEP 13) Repeat steps 10,11 & 12 with the

remaining two (2) benches (A).

Moving Your table

When moving your new

UltraDeck

picnic table, it is

recommended to unbolt the

seat benches and lift the table

from the outer perimeter of

the table top.

TABLE TOP ASSEMBLY FLIPPING TABLE UPRIGHT STEP 1) Place all 3 table STEP 5) Carefully tip table up on flat edge as sections (B), upside down, on a smooth flat surface. Align sections so the predrilled holes line up. shown in photo. Do not let table weight rest on a single leg. Using strict form, lift with your legs and flip table upright on flat surface. STEP 2) Using six (6) 3/8” x 3-1/2” bolts (H), twelve (12) 3/8” washers (E), and six(6) 3/8” nuts (D), bolt the table top sections together.
